Internal Marketing – Open for Learning
I was so anxious to share all the wonderful fall conferences in my last post that I forgot to tell you about the one that I’m involved in.
I’m doing my session on internal marketing, Marketing from the Inside Out: Engaging Employees for Strategic Advantage, on Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, at the AMA Marketing Workshop in Scottsdale, AZ. And it’s just one of many great sessions that attendees can choose from in this customizable, all-tutorial format. (It’s also great for the presenters because we know the people in our sessions really want to be there.)
Another reason I’m looking forward to the workshop: if all goes according to plan, my internal marketing book, Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee Customer-Care, should be released by WME Books by then!
