Book Tour Itinerary for “Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee-Customer Care”

As promised in my last post, here’s the itinerary for my book tour.

I made my first stop yesterday at Burns Blog Attitude where I received a warm welcome from a fellow author and “attitude adjuster” Kevin Burns.
