Enterprise Engagement Featured in New Event

While most of my work is based on engaging employees and customers, it’s somewhat of a narrow focus. Organizations also need to engage the channel partners – vendors, suppliers, outside sales reps, etc. – who are just as critical to their success.

That’s why I’m excited to tell you about the Enterprise Engagement Alliance Networking Expo(EEA Expo) being held June 3-5, 2010, in Rye Brook NY. This inaugural event of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance is designed to bring together managers in human resources, finance, marketing, sales, and corporate communications to learn and share best practices in engaging ALL stakeholders who impact organizational success. Attendees also have the opportunity to network with leading engagement providers specializing in performance improvement, rewards & recognition, technology, and related engagement products and services.

Learning & Sharing Enterprise Engagement Best Practices

The EEA Expo will offer educational sessions on key engagement topics each morning followed by more in-depth tactical breakouts in the afternoon. Idea-sharing will be captured in a special manual – Enterprise Engagement: A Practical Guide to Maximizing Financial Performance Through People – that will distributed to all participants following the Expo.

Best of all, this educational & networking program is very affordable compared to many conferences: registration is only $329!

I’m looking forward to attending this exciting new program and participating as a panelist and breakout facilitator. I’ll also be available in the exhibit hall to sign copies of my book Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee-Customer Care.

Hope to see you there!

(Special thanks to fellow blogger Paul Hebert for telling me about this new program .. and to Bruce Bolger for inviting me to participate.)
