2013 is a special year in that it marks Quality Service Marketing’s 25th year in business! I’m amazed that it’s been that long, as it certainly doesn’t feel that way – mostly because I’ve been following my passion for engaging employees and customers with internal marketing.
I’ve experienced much growth and many changes since I launched QSM in 1988, and I plan to highlight a number of them in upcoming posts.
One very visible change is this updated blog and website designed by Jason Stershic, Spectyr Media. Yes, he’s my son, and I’m extremely proud of his work. I also appreciate his patience in working with me on this project: as an admitted technophobe, I’m probably one of his most challenging clients!
I’m in the process of planning how to best honor QSM’s 25th anniversary, so “stay tuned” …
